ReportVet
Privacy and cookie policy
Updated on October 10, 2026
This policy covers the ReportMed and ReportVet institutional and marketing websites, contact forms, cookie choices, optional measurement and visitor-initiated support. Contracted applications, medical records and reports may involve separate responsibilities and terms. Do not submit that information through marketing channels.
1. Who is responsible
Lucas Solutions Informática LTDA, Brazilian registration CNPJ 39.339.213/0001-88, is responsible for the ReportMed and ReportVet websites and the processing described here. Contact contato@report-med.com for privacy questions and data requests.
2. Data and purposes
When requesting contact or a demonstration, you may provide your name, email, phone, organization, role and product interests. We use these details to respond and continue the requested service. The form may also record the page, language, brand and request context for routing and attribution.
Website infrastructure may generate technical records such as IP address, access time, browser, requested pages and errors for operation, security and troubleshooting. Do not submit health information, documents, patient data or clinical content through forms or marketing support.
3. Grounds for processing
Requested proposals and contracting steps use the information necessary to carry out the visitor's request. Operation and security use necessary information for legitimate interests while respecting individual rights. Optional analytics and advertising require separate consent. Legal obligations and the exercise of rights may justify keeping specific information.
4. Cookies and your choices
You may reject optional cookies, accept them or choose analytics and advertising separately. Change your choices at any time through Cookie settings. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent browsing or requesting contact.
The reportmed-privacy-consent local storage entry remembers your choices until browser cleanup, a version change or replacement. With analytics permission, the rm_growth_vid first-party cookie stores a random visitor identifier for up to 365 days; rm_growth_sid keeps an identifier during the tab session. With advertising permission, rm_growth_landing_path keeps the entry path during that session. Revocation removes these identifiers for the corresponding category.
Google Analytics may load for analytics; Google Ads and Meta Pixel may load for advertising when configured and permitted. These providers may use their own cookies and identifiers; see their policies below. Browser identifier lifetimes do not determine retention of all server records.
5. Lumini support and videos
Lumini loads after you open and confirm use of the assistant. Session information includes the page path without query or fragment, title, language, brand and technical interest context. Messages you send are used to handle the conversation. Avoid unnecessary personal information, patient data and clinical content.
YouTube videos load after a playback or demonstration-opening action, using privacy-enhanced mode. This does not eliminate all provider processing. When activating external content, your browser may send technical information such as IP address, browser and referrer headers; the provider may use its own storage.
6. Sharing and external services
Depending on the feature used, we use Microsoft Azure hosting, PortalRM/Marketing contact and CRM integration, and Lumini support. Google and Meta participate in permitted optional measurement; YouTube participates when video is activated. Information may be provided to authorities where legally required or necessary for the exercise of rights.
Infrastructure and external service providers may process data in other countries. International transfers must follow applicable data protection requirements and safeguards. External links are subject to the respective provider's practices.
7. Retention and protection
Contact information is retained while needed for the requested service and relationship. Technical records, delivery queues, logs and backups may have separate retention cycles according to operational, security and legal needs. Once the purpose ends, data should be deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally permitted or required. Contact us to request a review of retention of your data.
The website uses HTTPS and access controls for integrations and credentials. No transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free. Report suspected exposure without resending unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Your rights and contact
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing and, where applicable, anonymization, blocking, deletion or portability. You may withdraw consent and object where provided by law. Send free requests to contato@report-med.com, specifying your connection with ReportMed or ReportVet.
We may request proportionate information to verify identity and protect other people's data. Responses follow applicable legal deadlines and exceptions, including required retention. You may also petition Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
9. Audience and changes
These websites are intended for professional audiences and do not intentionally request children's data. Contact us if a child's data was submitted so we can assess and take appropriate action. This policy may change with services and processing; its version date appears here. New purposes requiring consent will require a new choice.
